Hello, we have booked a once in a lifetime trip to come to Cape Town arriving on 10th April. We booked this so long ago so not really in a position to cancel, but now I am very worried as Day Zero is expected on 12th April.
We are staying in hotel near the waterfront. Should we be looking to amend our plans?
I am from Australia so we are used to water restrictions and drought and of course we will be mindful of water usage. But will the hotel be able to cope with visitors? What about restaurants? If day zero arrives when we are there and taps are turned off, does that mean we cant even take a very short shower at all?
