Hello r/travel!

My wife and I are planning a trip to London/Scotland for two
weeks in May-June 2018. We are leaving from Mumbai and
planning to fly into London and fly out of Glasgow based on
our current itinerary. This will be my first international
trip.

Budget: We’ve saved somewhere around $4000
for this trip (including flights) Less than that would be
better. We don’t mind staying in a simple B&B or Hostel.

Our primary interests are: – beautiful
historic buildings – ‎walk around the city for good views –
‎museums – ‎walking in the parks & nature in general –
‎have a pint or two in the pubs – ‎scenic train journeys –
‎breathtaking landscapes – whiskey – food
